i like the idea of the Congressional Internship

So panzer, I wanna make some constructive criticism if you don't mind. Feel free to give me some . I wanted to ask you about this:

Open Door Policy
First off is an "Open Door" policy from within the IPC. Whether new or old member I want you to be able to talk to myself or any other member of my cabinet or congressional members freely and not feel intimidated. There is no stupid question we were all new to Erepublik at some time or another.

So how do you plan to do this if you get elected?

Before I get into the meat of this article I wanna thank each and every member of the IPC for their hard work in getting us into the the Top 5. Also I wanna thank our party leadership for their excellent guidance in leading us to what we are today. Also as a final note, congratulations to President Rylde in your victory with multi-party support in your victory, we look forward to working with you in the coming month!

Cabinet

Lets start simple, my team of incredibly active members who have been instrumental in the rise of the IPC. Before I get to them I should say theres a few members that I wanted to include so badly, and I know will continue to serve above and beyond their current capacities.

The Past and The Future

This past month we've seen excellent strides as the IPC burst onto the Canadian political scene and I know we will continue to push forward. Our goals over the past month with Punisher as our lead our goal was to recruit and develop our message as an up and coming party. Well now were here and frankly Punisher needs some well deserved rest. If given the parties support and with it the mandate to push our party forward into new territories we will have a renewed focus, not towards recruiting. But instead we will push our lower members up from their youthful status and get them involved on the political scene with a new program I will discuss further below. My priority is activity, I don't want to see a nation of two clickers, If possible I would like to see them raised to financial self-sufficiency, not just with gifts of money but someone the tools that maybe you were given when you were a younger member, or the tools you had to earn on your own.

Congressional Internship

Yes, this is borrowed from Rylde, but I think we can learn something from other parties once in a while and I'd like to thank him for his excellent idea. In this program I would like each congressmember to take 1-3 members who are interested in participating in politics under there wing and learning about the decision making process and why certain laws are voted and others voted down. On the dawn of someones life in the New World it will be confusing for them to find the USA invading Taiwan or Brazil the most populous nation in the world. You will provide some context and background and thusly give that knowledge they will go out into our nation and contribute more than a two clicker every could.

Congress

Congressional elections will be based not on favoritism or mere whimsy but they will be based on your activity within the party and your commitment to the causes of the IPC. Our current congressional members are doing an excellent job and we will keep this tradition going by selecting the best of the best.

Country President
With the IPC selection for country president a primary will be conducted as was before when we supported Rylde for endorsement by the IPC. As always if you would like to run all that need be done is announce your candidature within the public sphere and it will be determined by a primary whom the party will support.

Final Thoughts

If I am elected Party president you wont find me blindly following the past or taking after others, we will continue to evolve and forge ahead with what you want, and by definition what Canada needs. On the 15th make your vote for Canada and the continued glory of the IPC.
