What's the current MU funding like?

Hi,
I am new to this game.
I joined an MU on the first day I played, the CAF.
So far I have received some gifts from individual members of my regiment, but no official grant or something like that.
So I wonder: does the government subsidize the MU's?
How much?
What can I expect?

To be honest, I was never a fan of CAF. They usually just give out money and those sort.

Basically funding is there to support the MU. For CAF I think they give it away? I'm not sure, when I was a Sgt in CAF they gave me money to give away to my members. [Correct me if I'm wrong, long has it been since I left]

In TCO it's used to buy surplus of weapons for times of need. Same as CoI, I believe. TCO and CoI are the two MUs I joined and enjoyed as they really give out weapons and food everyday for your use.

I haven't got a clue how supplying works in the CAF. As far as I care, you need to be super active all the time to get any good amount of supply.

On the MU funding, I believe most funding is done based on the number of active members in the military unit. It is then up to the Military Unit to decide how best to use the funding.

The CAF was very lost when I joined back then. It actually killed new citizens because most would join CAF and they're mostly.. not as active as the rest. xD
